Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using AutoTime.AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AutoTime.AI is an AI video editing platform that helps generate captions, short-form clips, product videos, and ad drafts from footage, product pages, and campaign briefs. Features, credit allowances, and processing limits may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity through a linked third-party sign-in provider such as Google.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful media, including content that impersonates a real person without consent.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the footage, images, briefs, and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You grant AutoTime.AI a limited license to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance consumed by AI processing and rendering, billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AutoTime.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, Google Sign-In and Stripe). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoTime.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
